A community survey was conducted by the Cheboygan-Otsego-Presque Isle Educational Service District (COPESD) in 2024.
Of the 1,207 respondents, 94% agreed that COPESD’s plans to enhance and expand career and technical education (CTE) opportunities in its three counties were a good idea. You can view the survey here at https://bit.ly/COPESDsurvey.
On Tuesday, November 4, COPESD residents will vote on a proposed CTE millage that would fund the creation and expansion of CTE/vocational programs in our schools. Learn more about this proposal, including the potential impact on property taxes, by visiting https://www.cteforcop.org/.
