consideration of my participation in the 2006 Mackinac Island Lilac
Festival
Grand Parade, I for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators
waive and
release all rights and claims for damages I may have against the
Mackinac
Island Tourism Bureau, Mackinac Island Lilac Festival Committee, City
of
Mackinac Island and all member businesses including sponsors of this
event,
their agents, representatives, successors and assignees for any and all
injuries suffered by me or to my property in said event; or which may
arise out
of my traveling to, participating in and or returning from these events. |
