Chaperones:

• We need parents, grand parents, i.e. responsible adult family members to ride busses and supervise students.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Perform attendance checks

• Report Misbehavior

• Enjoy the performance

• Organize and assign students to help with equipment

• Keep group on schedule

• Set good example for students

• Uniform checks

• Watching good young people do well!

School Band; Community Band; Symphony; Classical Ensemble

• When attending one of these concerts it is proper to sit quietly and pay attention while a group is performing.

Students are expected to:

• Attend/view and learn from - all performances

• Control behavior no matter what

• Be in full uniform – all the time

• Shirt tucked in at all times.

• Best behavior

• No talking during any performance for any reason.

Students are not to:

• Leave the immediate vicinity for any reason.

• Have any electronic devices on except for

• 5 minutes in the lobby/cafeteria to tell family what happened at the concert

• on the bus to get a ride to show up at school.

Chaperones are to remind students of desired behaviors, as needed.

Chaperones are to report anything that goes beyond one reminder to Mr. Brand.
