Inland Lakes Board of Education Vacancy

INLAND LAKES SCHOOLS BOARD OF EDUCATION VACANCY - Adult residents of the Inland Lakes School District who are interested in completing a Board of Education vacancy with a term concluding on December 31, 2020 must submit written notice of interest by 3 p.m. on Monday, June 4, 2018 to Inland Lakes Schools, 4363 S. Straits Hwy., Indian River, MI  49749, Attention: Kristin Dudek, Board Secretary.  Interviews will take place during a special Board meeting on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 in the Board of Education meeting room #221 of Inland Lakes Schools.

Bulldog Wrestling Club

The Indian River Bulldog Wrestling Club is now meeting twice a week and includes over 50 students from Kindergarten through High School. They meet every Tuesday and Wednesday after school for fun, exercise and wrestling instruction. For information you can contact Coach Meyer at tmeyer@inlandlakes.org, or come to the Middle School gymnasium during practice times.

Seeking Used/New Books or Magazines

The Secondary English Department (6-12) teachers are seeking book or magazine donations to build their classroom libraries. All donations can be dropped off at the main office in the secondary building with a note indicating that they are for the English department. Please help our students read more!

Kindergarten round up visits will be scheduled by appointment

for Wednesday, May 2 and Thursday, May 3

Open to all children who will be five years old this fall. Children with summer birthdays through December 1 will be placed in our Young 5’s program.
