Inland Lakes Schools Home of the Bulldogs

Indian River has a new weight room and a new national competitor to
go along with it. Justin Flowers, a sophomore at Inland Lakes High
School won the title of State Equip Power Lifting Champion Saturday
March 1st in Flint, Michigan for the weight class of 132 lbs. If you
do not recognize Justin, it may be because of the new hair dew, he
said, “my hair, may have been the difference in me making the weight
class”.

He represents a core group of lifters from ILHS and joins an elite
group that will compete at the State Meet in Montrose, Saturday March
15th and the only ILHS student at Nationals in Kalamazoo this spring.
