Don’t forget to check out the financial aid section of the website for the schools you are applying to.  Each school may have different scholarships for you to apply for.

We will have our Financial Aid Night here on Monday, January 18th at 6:30 in the high school library.  A financial aid officer from Lake Superior State will be here to answer questions about the FAFSA.  The FAFSA is the Free Application for Federal Student Aid; all students planning on college next year should complete one.

Completing the FAFSA is the #1 most important step you can take in getting help to pay for college.  The earliest the FAFSA can be submitted is January 1st and it must be submitted by the end of February in order to be considered for all possible funds.  Go to www.fafsa.ed.gov.
